BILTMORE ESTATE
Overview
At the prestigious Biltmore Estate, we have completed the village Inns in 2015 through 2016, this project was 50% done in the shop and 50% on site. The original contract millwork was done in the shop and then we had to touch-up and respray all of the 210 rooms and all of the furniture in those rooms. Previous work was done at the winery. Work at the Biltmore Estate is ongoing as we have an upcoming job in the spring!
Challenges & Solutions
This was a high profile job we are proud to have accomplished on time and within budget. We redid the whole place for their one 100th year anniversary. We worked for a year and a half covering about 3 miles of trim oak trim.
Results
BLC Finishes completed over 500 doors, 3 million square feet of surface space and 100,000 feet of trim.
